is the minimum order
amount?
The minimum order amount
is $500. You can mix and
match styles and sizes
in order to achieve that
amount. You still have
to order the minimum
order quantity indicated
on each catalog page.
How long does it
take for delivery?
Generally, the lead
time for production is
10 working days. The
lead time for delivery
is based upon your
location.
What are the
payment terms?
The terms are prepaid.
You can submit payment
by check, PayPal, VISA,
MasterCard or American
Express (AMEX). If you
prefer to pay by credit
card, please complete a
Credit Card
Authorization Form
and fax it to us at
(702) 258-4346. All
credit card payments
require this form. All
your information is kept
private and secure. We
do not share your
information with any
company or person.
How much are the
set-up charges?
Generally, the set-up
charges are $25.00 per
color. If you require
PMS / Pantone color
matching, please add an
additional $35.00 per
color.
Do you accept
orders from outside the
United States?
Yes. We service the
needs of customers
worldwide. Please email
us your shipping address
for a freight quote. You
are responsible for all
duty and import fees. We
can ship using you UPS
number.
Do you offer
better pricing for large
orders? Yes. If
you order large
quantity, we can have
your order manufactured
in China and shipped
directly to you. You
will save money but the
lead time for delivery
to your location is 70
days.
Can you
manufacture custom
designs or mascots?
Yes. We have
manufactured thousands
of custom designs for
our customers. Please refer
to catalog pages
64,
65
and
66 for examples of
custom plush toys and
mascots. Our custom
plush toys are made in
China and a lead time of
70 days is needed for
manufacturing and delivery.

Welcome to ShirtBears.com.
We want to help make your promotional event
successful and memorable. You can order
custom plush animals and Teddy
Bears with imprinted Shirts, hats, jackets,
sweaters guitars and ribbons. Personalized Teddy
Bears are very popular for promoting special
events and fundraising programs. We offer
over 300 styles of Teddy Bears and stuffed
animals. Most personalized stuffed animals
are offered with a T-Shirt. The various
colors of shirts are listed on catalog
Page 73. We suggest choosing a shirt
color that will complement your logo color.
You can mix and match shirt colors at no
additional charge, however, we remind you to
choose a logo color that will be clearly
visible on each shirt. If you want to use a
different logo color, you will be charged a
set-up charge of $25.00 for the new color.
If your logo needs to be color matched,
there is an additional charge of $35.00. We
make no profit on set-up charges. We charge
you the same price the printing factory
charges us.
The minimum order amount is $500.00. You can
order various styles to reach that minimum
order amount. Please note that the minimum
quantity of each style is mentioned at the
bottom of each catalog page. Please refer to
the page number and item number when
ordering. We will verify your order before
proceeding.

donkeys and many other stuffed animals.
